Refund and Cancellation Policy
Our focus is complete members' satisfaction. In the transactional events, if you are displeased with the payment services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine. Please read the fine prints of each deal before initiating a transaction, it provides all the details about the payment services.
In case of dissatisfaction from our services, members have the liberty to request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund are as follows:
For amount discrepancy drop a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org within 12 hours of making the payment.
Once the refund is approved from the club committee, the initiation of refund will be processed immediately & the amount reflecting to the particular order will be credited back to the member's account in 3-4 business days.
